A Day in the Life of Maintaining a Reptile Sanctuary
Speaker Information: The speaker for this month is Kalib Hoopingarner of the Divine Tortoise Sanctuary.
His talk is titled: A Day in the Life of Maintaining a Reptile Sanctuary.
"Here at the sanctuary, we dedicate everything we have to giving these wonderful creatures a long, happy and naturalistic life. A rescue G. sulcata that had a less than perfect start to life is what jump started the idea to create a sanctuary where all reptiles would be able to come and live a long, happy life. Since the start of the sanctuary, we have saved over 90 reptiles and that number is steadily climbing weekly.-Kalib"

the meeting) for more herp discussions and camaraderie over food and drinks.

Come out to meet others who keep, breed or study reptiles and amphibians, and let them share their fascination with you. We average 10 - 20 people attending every meeting.
