Recovery of Sanibel Wildlife (highlighting amphibians and reptiles)

Speaker Information: Join us on March 16th, 2023, for a very special meeting with a couple of our famous Calusa Herp Society founding members, Bill & Kathy Love. They are visiting from Arizona and will give us a presentation on their 40-ish years in and around Southwest Florida, with pics of lots of vintage and recent herpers.

Don’t worry – there won’t be much cutesy stuff like our wedding pic to the left, but there will be oodles of pics of ‘oldy moldy’ herp people who many of you may recognize from back in the good ol’ days, the, 1970s, and 1980s, and 1990s, plus a few more recent pics too.

After the meeting, you are invited to join us at a nearby restaurant (announced at the meeting) for more herp discussions and camaraderie over food and drinks. See you there! $5.00 for non-members per meeting or buy a year membership ($25 individual) or ($30 family/business). The address of the Calusa Nature Center is 3450 Ortiz Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33905.

WHO'S INVITED? You are! Anyone with an interest in any aspect of herpetology or herpetoculture is welcome to attend, learn, and exchange their experiences with our friendly membership. Come out to meet others who keep, breed or study reptiles and amphibians, and let them share their fascination with you. We average 10 - 20 people attending every meeting.
